ES OPEN 2004 on April 17th!

Dear friend,
Me, ES5TV, and other organizers invite you to participate in ES OPEN HF CHAMPIONSHIP 2004
on April 17th from 5:00 UTC to 9:00 UTC. Contest is held on 40 and 80 meters in SSB and CW simultaneously.
There are many ES stations active and number of foreign participants is growing every year.
Winners of international sections receive very nice trophies from ERAU. From this year there is a special trophy for the best LP station sponsored by Lithuanian Radio Sport Federation.
We will guarantee you that the results will be available very quickly, not later
than 3 months after log submittion deadline. Do you like those contests where it takes
a year to get results? I don't! Every participant will also get a detailed UBN report.

ES OPEN is a unique contest as it consists of 4 periods. One hour each. You can work a certain station 8 times in the contest - once on both bands in a period.
Multipliers are ES region prefixes on both band and mode. So 20 for CW and SSB and 40 for MIXED class. 
CW QSOs give 2 points and SSB QSOs 1 point. Report is RST + QSO number.
Foreign stations can work only ES stations.
Logs should be sent to [email protected]. Any text format is OK.
You can use WPX configuration of different logging programs for logging as ES prefixes are
all multipliers. After every hour you should clean dupe sheet for working stations again.
